Completed the Brave Leadership program / 28.02 2024

I have completed the Brave Leadership programme for new and upcoming leaders as part of an internal course at Gottlieb Paludan Architects and AFRY. The programme ran over five months and consisted of eight course days and extensive homework. The course programme and the parallel knowledge sharing with colleagues in leadership has strengthened my role as team leader at Gottlieb Paludan Architects as an important contribution to my continued professional development as a leader and my continued striving to bring out the best in myself and my team.
