Bio
Peter Sim Sand was born in Denmark in 1981 and graduated from The Royal Academy of Fine Arts, School of Architecture in Copenhagen, Denmark in 2009.
He has worked in several prominent architectural offices around Europe and has wide experience within construction, urban design, infrastructure and interior design. He brings expertise to every stage of the creative course, where current and completed projects have given him great insight into the entire process from idea and project development, technical planning and design as well as the construction phase.
Since 2012 Peter has been working at the Danish architectural studio Gottlieb Paludan Architects in Copenhagen. Focusing mainly on landscape and urban spaces for public clients, he specializes in infrastructural projects on new and renovated light rail and train stations.
Outside of work, he participates in open architectural competitions, where he has been awarded in large competitions locally and internationally. The participation in private competitions gives Peter an important supplement to his development as an architect with the ambition to keep improving his skills to the highest level.
