Villa Antonibakken / 2020

At Simsand Architects I have designed a new wooden villa at Antonibakken, which is the area where I back in 2016 did win an open architectural competition for the master plan of the overall design of this new residential area. Since then, I have been assisting the municipality of Vordingborg by creating a new district plan for the area, and now I got the great opportunity of also designing a new villa at the area.

The villa has a size of 160 square meters at one level with a big open kitchen and living room with direct access to the garden, 2 good bedrooms and a master bedroom with own bath and toilet. The layout gives good and different spatial and functional qualities inside the villa and in the surrounding garden.
